Who I Am
A Dietitian. A Mother.A practitioner who is fed up with conventional nutrition advice that simply does not work.
Functional nutrition takes a “whole systems” approach by addressing all aspects of your life – including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, labs, and your environment, to name a few.
I know what it’s like, because I’ve lived through it myself – suffering from symptoms that doctors had no answer to. It’s the stubborn Taurus in me that simply could not accept those dead-end answers I was getting.
So I became a master nutrition detective. I went from severe acne, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, gut issues, and serious mood swings – to a thriving mother with clear skin, and no longer experiencing dreadful hormonal imbalance symptoms.
With all I’ve learned in my personal journey, my passion in life is now to help you become the best version of yourself, too.
